Cheers, honest feedback for potential customers. I have worked with many people, but no one had such communication as here (requests were processed very quickly, creative ideas, speed, quick solutions to problems, everything at the highest level) If you are choosing people to create a website or something similar, you are in the right place. I wish you development and prosperity.

Support and development of the site: in detail

After launch, the site is not a finished project, but a working tool that must be available, fast and up-to-date every day. Support closes two tasks: that nothing breaks and that the site continues to develop along with the business. Without it, a typical story looks like this: after a year, the domain or certificate has expired, the form silently stopped sending letters, and there is no one to add a new service.

We support both websites made by us and others - after a short technical audit to understand what we are working with.

What is included in the support

The base level is stability: availability monitoring, backups, dependency and certificate updates, domain control, form and notification validation, crash response. This is followed by content changes: texts, prices, photos, new cases, articles, banners. And the third level is development: new pages, blocks, integrations, speed improvements and conversions.

  • Availability and speed monitoring.
  • Backups and recovery.
  • Update dependencies, certificates, domain.
  • Content edits in an agreed response time.
  • New pages and blocks on the existing design system.
  • Monthly summary report: what has been done, what should be done next.

Reaction time

We divide appeals into critical and planned ones. Critical - the site is not available, the form does not work, an error on the payment page - we take it to work first. We carry out planned revisions within the agreed time frame. This division is more important than the formal numbers in the contract: it determines what will happen on Saturday evening, when the site is down.

Security and backups

Regular copies with rollback, limited access, library updates, form spam protection, HTTPS and certificate expiration control. For sites with personal data, a review of what data is collected, where it is stored and for how long.

Development instead of recycling

A site that is updated regularly lives longer and does not need a complete redesign every two years. We keep a simple backlog of improvements: what affects applications, what affects speed, what affects convenience. Every month we take the most useful from there within your hours.

Who needs it

Companies without their own developer; businesses, where the site is the main source of appeals; projects with advertising, where a simple site directly costs money; and those who plan to develop the site gradually, and not with one-time large projects.

What is included in hours, and what is counted separately

Monthly hours include content editing, minor revisions, technical reviews and consultations. Large works are counted separately: new section, integration, redesign of the page, transfer to another hosting.

We fix this division at the start, so that there is no situation when a "small correction" turns out to be a week of work, and vice versa - so that you do not pay separately for each price change in the price list.

Receiving someone else's site

Before supporting a site made by others, we do a technical audit: what's inside, how much the code is supported, what risks there are, whether all accesses are in place.

Sometimes the honest answer is "it's more expensive to maintain than to rewrite." We are talking about it immediately, with calculations, and not after three months of patching.

What you see every month

A brief report: what work was done, how many hours were spent, what with speed and availability, what we recommend to do next and why.

The purpose of the report is not a formality, but an opportunity to make a decision: to spend the next month on a new page, on speed or on conversion.

When support is not needed

If the site is simple, static, does not change and does not bring applications - regular hours will be an unnecessary expense. In this case, the basic minimum is enough: control of the domain and certificate plus one-time requests if necessary.

We offer just such an option if we see that full support will not add anything to you.
