Cheers, honest feedback for potential customers. I have worked with many people, but no one had such communication as here (requests were processed very quickly, creative ideas, speed, quick solutions to problems, everything at the highest level) If you are choosing people to create a website or something similar, you are in the right place. I wish you development and prosperity.

Custom development of turnkey sites: in detail

Site development is the assembly of a working product: code that opens quickly, looks correct on all screens, is indexed by search engines, and does not break when the content changes. A good layout by itself does not bring applications: what matters is how long the page loads on the mobile Internet, whether the form reaches the manager, whether the site is visible in the search and whether the owner can change the text without a developer.

We build sites on a modern stack—Astro, React, Next.js—and default to static wherever possible. This gives the fastest first screen, minimal hosting costs and high stability: no database to put and no plugins that break after updating.

What is the stack and why is it

For business card sites, landing pages, corporate sites and blogs, we take Astro: it renders clean HTML and loads JavaScript only where interactivity is required. The result is a fast page and high Core Web Vitals without any separate "optimization" after launch. For projects with complex logic in the interface — personal offices, calculators, configurators, step-by-step forms — we use React or Next.js.

Ready-made builders and WordPress also have a place, and we honestly say when they are more profitable: if you need a simple site with frequent independent edits and a minimal budget. But when speed, a unique interface, non-standard logic or long support are important, custom development is cheaper to own, because you don't pay for plugins and don't depend on their updates.

What is included in the development

Layout pixel by pixel with responsive layout for all screen widths, connection of forms and notifications, basic SEO, micro markup, analytics, domain and hosting settings, speed test and final testing. If you need a CMS, we connect the one that is convenient for you: from simple editing of content in files to full-fledged administration.

  • Semantic layout, adaptive, dark/light theme as needed.
  • Forms with validation, antispam and notifications in Telegram, mail or CRM.
  • Technical SEO: titles, meta tags, sitemap, robots, canonical addresses, Schema.org.
  • Speed: optimization of images, fonts, scripts, caching.
  • Analytics and goals: you can see where the application came from.

Site Speed and Core Web Vitals

Speed affects two things at once: how many people will not close the page before loading and how the search engine evaluates the site. We monitor three indicators — the time the main content appears, the stability of the layout when loading, and the reaction to the first touch. To do this, we compress and correctly render the image, limit the number of font drawings, do not drag unnecessary libraries and take everything secondary beyond the borders of the first screen.

After launch, we show real measurements, not promises: a mobile and desktop speed report and a list of what affects it.

Integration

A site rarely lives by itself. We connect CRM and tables, messengers, payment services, delivery services, mailing services, online recording, calendars, maps and analytics. The logic is simple: the application should not exist only in the mailbox - it should immediately go to the place where the team works with it, with the source, time and all the responses of the client.

Content filling and texts

An empty site does not sell. We help with the structure of texts and can prepare them completely: description of services, pages for search queries, block of questions and answers, case cards. We write texts for live questions of customers, and not for keywords for the sake of keywords - this is how the page works in search and is useful to people.

Pre-launch testing

Before publication, we go through a checklist: all forms reach the addressee, links do not lead anywhere, the 404 page works, the site looks correct in Safari, Chrome and Firefox, on iOS and Android, with different font sizes. We check metadata for social networks, favicon, correctness of micromarkup and indexing.

Terms, budget and stages of payment

A landing page usually takes 1-2 weeks, a corporate site - 3-5 weeks, a more complex product with an office or catalog - from 6 weeks. The deadline depends not only on us: most often, projects stand because of content and approval. That's why we fix what and when is required from you right at the start.

We divide the work into stages with a separate result for each. You see interim versions on the test address and can make edits before things become expensive to change.

What after launch

We provide access, brief instructions and a video on how to make typical edits. The code remains yours — it can be picked up by any developer. If necessary, we take the site for support: updates, backups, availability monitoring, minor edits and development of new pages.

CMS: when it is needed and what it is

If the content changes every six months, a full-fledged admin is an extra cost and an extra point of failure. For such sites, content lives in files, and changes are made quickly and securely. If you have a blog, catalog, shares or several editors - we connect a CMS with convenient editing and access rights.

We choose a CMS based on who will actually work with the site. The system, in which the administrator is afraid to click something, is not used - and the site is updated by the developer again.

Security and access

The domain, hosting, mail, analytics, and repository must be handled by you, not the contractor. This is a basic rule that saves companies from the "developer disappeared with access" situation.

Technical: HTTPS, form spam protection, limited rights, regular backups, update dependencies. For sites that collect personal data, we describe separately what exactly is collected and how much is stored.

Multilingualism and regions

If two languages or several regions are required, this is laid out in the structure immediately: separate page addresses, correct language attributes and cross-references between versions. It is always more expensive to complete it later.

We also record what exactly is translated: interface, content, metadata, letters, form messages. A partial translation looks worse than a single language.

Why custom development and not a designer

The designer wins at the start: cheaper and faster. It loses further — on speed, on non-standard scenarios, on the cost of plugins, and on the dependence on a platform that can change tariffs or rules.

A custom site is more expensive at the time of launch, but does not have monthly bindings, works faster and develops exactly as the business needs. We count both options and show the difference in ownership over two years.
