The team sees only their tasks, deadlines and required data.
Products ยท AYSiTE automation
We assemble a working tool specifically for your process - without dozens of unnecessary sections of a typical CRM and manual workarounds.
The result
A single source of data and a clear picture of the team's work.
Examples
The team sees only their tasks, deadlines and required data.
One screen shows downloads, bottlenecks and result.
If necessary, a cabinet with status, files and payments is added.
How we work
How do we make an internal tool where the team really works
We describe how the work is going now and where manual input is.
What comes from where and what returns to where.
One major scenario is usually application processing.
Everyone sees their own, actions are recorded in a journal.
Site, messengers, tables, accounting, warehouse.
Indicators for your business, not universal.
FAQ
Commonly asked before starting: interior panels.
Only when off-the-shelf systems really don't cover the process. First, we check whether it is cheaper to customize an existing product.
Yes. We start with MVP and add modules after testing in real work.
You can start without a technical task

Cheers, honest feedback for potential customers. I have worked with many people, but no one had such communication as here (requests were processed very quickly, creative ideas, speed, quick solutions to problems, everything at the highest level) If you are choosing people to create a website or something similar, you are in the right place. I wish you development and prosperity.

The inner panel is the workplace of the team: applications, clients, orders, statuses, tasks, reports. It is done when ready-made solutions do not fit into the process: business has its own logic, and the team equally conducts half of the work in tables and chats in parallel with CRM.
The purpose of the panel is a single source of truth. Not "one data in the table, another in CRM, but the real ones in Victoria's notebook", but one screen where the state of affairs is visible.
We don't start with the interface. First, we describe the process as it is - with all the exceptions and manual steps - and only then decide what should be on the screen at all.
When the process is non-standard and ready-made CRM requires adjusting the business to itself; when specific calculations, roles or reports are required; when the integration of multiple systems is more important than their interface.
If the process is typical, it is more honest to set up a ready-made CRM and not pay for development. We say this at the first meeting if we see that the task is closed with a box.
List of applications and customers with filters and search, deal card with history, statuses and funnels, tasks and reminders, roles and access rights, reports and dashboard, activity log.
Orders and stages are added for production; for service โ visits and craftsmen; for agencies โ projects, hours and acts.
The panel should pull data from the site, messengers, tables, accounting, warehouse โ otherwise it becomes another place for manual input.
We start precisely with the data map: what comes from where and what returns to where. Without this map, any panel becomes overgrown with parallel tables after half a year.
The internal tool is evaluated not by beauty, but by the number of clicks on a typical action. If the manager creates a request in five steps instead of two, he will return to the table.
Therefore, we separately design hot scenarios: create an application, change the status, set a task, find a client by number. Everything else can be deeper.
At first, a minimal version with one main script, usually application processing. The team works in it for real, not on a demo, and in two weeks it becomes clear what is missing.
Then we add modules. This approach produces a working tool faster and cheaper than a year of developing a "full system" that no one has seen in action.
The code and data remain yours, not tied to us. The panel can be further developed by your own team or ours.
We leave documentation on data structures and accesses โ this is something that usually gets lost and makes the system hostage to one developer.
